Returns Information

For all returns please contact us via contact form before sending any returns.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
We will cover shipment cost in case of replacement. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Backorders and Special Orders
Availability & Delivery: If an item is marked as a “Backorder,” it means the product is currently out of stock but is being specially ordered or manufactured for you.
No Returns or Cancellations: Because backordered items are secured as a special order tailored specifically to the customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed.
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or cashback for backordered items, as these are treated as custom, special-order products. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
